Storyboard

What is a storyboard?

The page storyboard is a visual presentation of the layout and the sequence of the page interface elements, which helps developers, designers and other project participants to understand the structure and behaviour of the page before it is developed.

The web page storibord usually includes:

  • A general description of the page is what the page is, its purpose and its main functions.
  • Page maps – images, diagrams or sketches showing how the elements will be placed on the page.
  • The interface elements are buttons, forms, menus, images and other interactive elements.
  • Navigation – as a user will travel through or between pages.
  • Interactive elements – description of animations, rising windows, transitions and other dynamic functions.

Storibord helps to better understand the user’s interaction with the web page and facilitates the development and testing process.
